WASHINGTON — US military leaders don't expect Cuba's reforms of its Soviet-style economy to lead to "dramatic change," a key US general said Wednesday.
"I don't see a dramatic change happening in the future," General Douglas Fraser, head of the US Southern Command, told reporters at a press briefing.
