LA HABANA - El presidente de Cuba, Raúl Castro, llamó a eliminar las "trabas y ataduras" a las fuerzas productivas que persisten en la isla y a aumentar el ahorro, para avanzar en las reformas que buscan hacer eficiente el modelo económico cubano, informó este sábado la prensa local.
