La secretaria de Estado Hillary Clinton dijo el martes que hay “grandes razones para ser muy optimista sobre la institucionalización de la democracia en América Latina” pero admitió que hay “retos a la democracia en algunos países” y se lamentó que “desafortunadamente aún tenemos dictadura en Cuba, la cual esperamos que cambie pronto”.
