La Habana, 31 may (EFE).- La nueva legislación cubana sobre transmisión inmobiliaria, que permite comprar y vender viviendas entre particulares, ha disparado los trámites e inscripciones en el registro de la propiedad, requisito obligatorio para que esas operaciones sean legales y con garantías.
