Cuban parliament president Alarcon apparently leaving post; not nominated to be delegate

HAVANA - The leader of Cuba's legislature will apparently be leaving that job in February, when the body reconvenes with new membership. Ricardo Alarcon is the longtime president of parliament and one of the most powerful people on the island.
